The Role: Client Relationship Manager
Location: PayProp have adopted a distributed working model and as such this role will be home based however will require regular travel to head office in Sevenoaks.

In this role, we are looking for passionate, solution-driven individuals to support our fast-growing client base. The role involves collaboration with the cross-functional internal teams (Client Services, Sales, Marketing & Design, Compliance & Finance and Product Development) in an effort to continuously improve the overall customer experience. The main objective is to; build and preserve trusting relationships with our client base. Ultimately, a successful ‘Client Relationship Manager’ should keep our clients satisfied and engaged with our product and service.
