The role

We seek dynamic Inside Sales Executives to join our team in Florida. 

This role is geared for a true hunter, someone who is competitive by nature and can think independently. The right Inside Sales will burn out our phone lines, making as many calls as necessary for success. Our ideal candidate has excellent professional communication skills, is resilient and highly organized, and has the ability to manage several tasks at once.

We also look for a minimum of two years’ documented success in business-to-business sales, an understanding of the property management sector, and superior research skills.

Responsibilities

  • Daily cold phone calls
  • Daily documenting of all activity in our CRM system
  • Remote selling to prospective clients
  • Building and growing a book of business and escalating it to account management as needed

 

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience (a must)
  • Proven experience of phone/online selling
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Highly organized with multitasking skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer software programs as needed
  • Experience in using CRM
